Capital Air a.k.a Capital ****!

<p>For sales they send a techie within 24 hours to install. For repairs and services, they send techies who say they are not qualified to repair AC. After about six calls to Mehmood, who is a ****! Always says he will call back to confirm time and date techie can come out to do service.....NOTHING! I still waiting. Three weeks later! Then spoke to Mike who actually did come back to me but can only assist after Christmas. Now I must be inconvenienced because of their sh-t lack of customer service. I'm beyond furious. IF YOU READ THIS BEFORE BUYING AC....DO NOT USE CAPITAL AIR!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!YOU WILL REGRET IT</p>
