AUX- CAPITAL AIR DBN - BAD CUSTOMER SERVICE

I would just like to say that Capital Air AUX has the worse possible service. i called to make a booking, thereafter in the next 2 minutes i changed my mind because they couldn't come to install this week. they only had bookings for next week. I called the guy and informed him about cancelling the booking in the next 2 minutes, and he was so rude to me. He kept saying i must pay them cancellation fees, which he didn't even mention over the phone. It couldn't have been in that 2 minutes he ordered the aircon, that is why i cancelled immediately because i didn't want them to order the aircon and then a week later i cancelled. I do have a right to change my mind. if that man informed me about the cancellation fees, i never would've considered ordering from them. Please put your staff right, as they dont know how to speak to customers. They have the worse customer service ever, I would never advise anyone to order from them again. They dont know how to speak to people.
