Threatening messages from consultants

Absurdity discussing services from capital air. 6 month later I get a call from capital air consultant who said I need to pay R355 extra. Dawood, the consultant, after he was so rude to me on the phone and threatened to go remove the aircon after it was paid in full.. After getting shouted at by him for several minutes I cut the call. This is absolutely horrific.... Capital air should now give him a warning. They should fire him.. I have asked to speak to management and they keep telling me I must speak to them about this issue. Is this how capital air works? I will forward this message to every social media site to ensure no one buys from capital air
