Capita SA robbing ex employees

Capita SA refuses to pay ex employees who resigned and went to the competition who offers far better working conditions.

All of Capita SA ex employees who resigned in the festive season to take up better offers elsewhere had their salaries withheld as a backlash or revenge on them for leaving a company in ho****ers and under review with one its biggest client ehich a uk telecoms provider named O2. They have been under review for the past three months and the pressure has been felt by the employees with outrageous workloads and ridiculous targets.

Due to them having a high turnover of employees losing them to competition they have resulted in backdoor tactics to spite those employees. Scores of people who recently resigned received a nonesense payslip that show deductions equal to income that left nett pay at R0. 00 this includes myself personally this was supposed to be paid on the 18th of December in preparation for Christmas like many company's.

When contacting management they told me that it was bog mess up from payroll where they put a block/hold on everyone who resigned payroll. They were supposedly escalating this and we were told its a 24 to 48 hrs response and they would provide feedback But a week later still no feedback.

This has left many stranded minutes before Christmas unable to take care of their obligations, personally this has caused nothing but depression and stress as I have a small child who will now not have Christmas clothes and gifts, the mother of my child ostrazing me, my mother and little sister in the EC without enough groceries over the holidays and countless other stories from other ex employees who in even worse strains than myself because of this punishment taken against them.

It is my wish that this story finds people's eyes and opens them about this company because media exposure is the only time they ever act promptly to the plight of current or ex employess. Thank you
