Capita Maitand

Hi there, I've been working at capita maitland for more than 2 years, i've always tried to give my best and enjoy myself so much.

I'm just very disappointed by the lies and excuses that i was given after i worked over 60 hours overtime in jan-feb this year... It's December and and i still haven't received my cash after been promised on multiple occasions it would be paid out.

I've put myself in so much debt hoping this will get sorted and making promises to people based on info given by my Operations Managers.

I now find myself out of pocket with nothing to even have a Christmas lunch with my family, And even waiting just under a year I'm still waiting for this Overtime to be paid out.

I always thought Capita is a great company but after this I can honestly say they don't care about its employees nor there well being even if they do affect there livelihood.
