Capita is utterly disgusting! Inhumane behaviour !

If I could give zero stars , I would. Everything about this company is horrible. They promise the stars , but give nothing in return of your hard work and dedication. Through my observation, there is not one person , despite the position or role they are in that enjoys their job. All the reviews that I have read for Capita are bad ones and what's worse is that they do not even respond. I have worked there for about 6 months and each and every month , I had some kind of pay query where they would deduct money that they should not. There were overtime money from 4 months ago that had still not been paid. I resigned the 27-08-21 . the pay run is from the 15-15 meaning that I should have gotten paid for my work from the 15-27, plus my leave days , my overtime of a month prior and also overtime of 4 months ago plus incentives which should have rounded up at about R3000 as per my calculations ,instead they said that the gross was R1800 and the whole R1800 was deducted towards debt.WHAT DEBT? I OWE CAPITA? WHERE DID THE DEBT COME FROM? heaven alone knows. I handed in all equipment that was given to me , in the same state ... It might have been a mistake , like the ones they have been making each and every month , but how could they be so inconsiderate and inhumane? I would say , if so many people are complaining about your payroll staff , why not hire others ? Because obviously the one job that they have is not being done properly.I also have a transport deduction of R60? Last I checked it was R50.
