Pathetic Management

Currently i am working in a call centre, however management is seriosly pathetic. This company employs anything and anyone for the wrong positions. Firstly they mess with your leave hours, that gets taken away from you without requesting it. You work overtime but does not get paid to you when supposed. When absent, as a team leader they should do your return to work privately in a booth or by a desk where no one else is, however they do it in front their entire team which can obviously hear what is being discussed. I have been here for more than 7 months and really its becoming ridiculous by the day. Everyone complains about various things as this company is seriously getting too much. They DO NOT care about there employees as people are moved out of there team without knowing what is actually going on. I have basically just had enough and i know they try to work you out.<br>
