<p>working at capita, when the company needed to develop staff they created a SME (subject expert matter ) to assist in the deleveopment of staff now that they are developed they want to sent us back to the phones they paid me short more than once an all they ever do is take people to a Disiplinary hearing an fire them instead of keeping them to train and ups**** there staff, they even droped there basic to 5000 for the new guys so that they can employ children from high school who is smoking weeed hole day at work creating so many problems with the customer when the customer comes through to experienced advisors which assist them they come through shouting making it nearly impossiable to make incentive so how am i supose to earn incentive if my members in my teamdont makeit we more hours at this company even if we start at as there incetive stucture is bull**** my friend a manager mentioned something on facebook regarding a fire drill its called freedom of speech an they rather us managers sign documents that we are not allowed to discuss the business on social media so we arnt even able to say we had a bad day at work or anything they say we need to be amazing but look how they treat staff they arnt amazing there salary is **** im going to the papers as this is not write i cant even take sick leave because they deduct from the incetive if you do what company does that an then they expect the best service from the managers coaches an agents thanks for the bull**** opportunity all use do is use the people an let them go but we will see we will see,they should work on paying there south african people more for what they go though on a daily basis,webhelp or amazingis the place to be rather then going through this bull****, so now 90 pecentof staff is on drugs drinking an smoking because of this an its extremly serious including the coachs an the teamleaders, an i have most of it on camera</p>
