VERY UNHAPPY - Lounge suite was not as advertised

I purchased a lounge suite from Cap Furnitures on the 29 Nov 2020 and it was nothing as advertised on their facebook page or website, the website is www.capfurniture.co.za the service is pathetic, there is constant delays and the furniture falls apart on delivery. We were suppose to get the couches on Saterday already and only received them at 7:30pm on Sunday 29 Nov 20. On inspection of the couches we noticed that they are falling a part and not the same as advertised. This is unacceptable. When I asked the representative to return the couches and for my money back I have still yet to receive a response from Jaszon. THIS IS UNACCEPTABLE AND I AM NOT THE ONLY VICTIM THAT HAS FALLEN PREY TO THIS COMPANY. IT IS NOT ONLY THE LOUNGE SUITES BUT IT IS THE OTHER PRODUCTS THEY SELL AND ADVERTISE.
