ZERO CUSTOMER SERVICE.
The most poor service with no customer satisfaction. Capfin refuses to refund my eft payments after debating my account stating that my account is settled.
This was the first installment due on a 6 month loan, installment for R1174 was debited after a R4000 payment and R798 payment was made. Capfin refuses to refund my money.
Employees are not willing to assist, just declines my requests. ABSOLUTELY RUDE & UNHELPFUL. WORST COMPANY TO BE EALING WITH
