Wrong doing as CPA ACT
Hello Peter
My name is Phumlani Latha, I am trying to get an assistance using your platform.
I took a loan with capfin online early 2020. There was no term and condition and I didi not get any form of document after loan was approved.My payments was up to dates until I got retreched late 2020 duento covid19 pandemic. I contacted Capfin to advised them and also send a retrechment letter.
That when I wss told that,retrchement is not covered.in I question how and why is not shown when you applying or get cotract document. This has impacted me badly on my credit. I recently try to get some help again with Capfin.
