Wrong Debit date that affects people’s credit record

I really really have a problem with capfin on debiting on the wrong date because they are affecting my credit record . My agreement with capfin was to debit on the 20th exactly which this month of April it doesn’t fall on a weekend but it’s next week Tuesday which I fail to understand why they did that . I want them not to debit on the 20th again because I’m going to be very angry if they do and again why debit on the date not agreed upon because tempering into someone’s account without their concern it’s wrong to check if there’s available funds Capfin really need to up their game about this because I get paid on the 20th straight the 20th even if it falls on a Saturday or Sunday I will get paid that day . I’m really angry with capfin and I don’t think I will be doing the business with them ever again.
