WORST SERVICE EVER RECEIVED IN MY LIFE!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
PATHETIC SERVICE!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! HOW THE HELL CAN YOU DO A TRACKING FOR A DEBIT ORDER BEFORE THE DEBIT DATE? MY DEBIT DATE IS FOR THE 26TH!!!!!!!!!! ITS NOT EVEN FALLING ON THE WEEKEND IT IS A VALID WORKING DAY. I HAD TO REVERSE THE DEBIT ORDER AS I DID NOT RECEIVE PAY AS YET AND IT WAS USED FROM MY OVERDRAFT. I NOW HAVE TO PAY R30.00 FOR THE REVERSAL AND INTEREST FOR MY OVERDRAFT. YOU WILL PAY MY CHARGES AND DO YOUR JOB PROPERLY. THIS IS NOT THE FIRST TIME THIS HAS HAPPENED. STOP EXPLOITING YOUR CLIENTS.

23 Nov 2018, 08:26I Was told by my bank that the debit order possibly ran due to it being black friday. if that is really the reason then thats pathetic beyond words and the worst excuse i have ever heard.
