Worst Service ever

I am very disappointed at Capfin as I have a loan with them which defaulted as I struggled to make payments. I called to make arrangements and was told my account has been handed over to Ver Tex Solutions whom I should make arrangements with and given the contacts. Upon trying to make arrangements with Ver-Tex I was told Ver-Tex can't assist because the account is back with Capfin but what really gets to me the most is that Capfin just added R2000 on my debt while they taking me back and forth instead of giving me details of where I should be making payments. I have been sending emails and the response I just got recently from their legal handover department is that they are in a process of reallocating my account to another collection agency. Please Capfin fix this so I can pay you and we cut out ties
