WORST SERVICE EVER

I app**** for a loan with Capfin, and they said it was Provisionally approved. and hour later I then decided I will no longer need the loan, my need was already met, ask online how too cancel, the response was I either call or send an email, sent the email , and they responded the following day stating that they cannot cancel the loan as the money has already been paid into my account (mind you NOTHING had been Paid into my account at this time). Kept explaining the same thing to the different consultants I was dealing with n the email, they said I will have to ask for a settlement amount, which I did not understand because, I cancelled and the money was not paid into my account then, hours after they sent an sms and an email stating that my loan has been approved and the money was deposited, called their call center and the agent said she will not be able to assist as I went through to customer service and they do not deal with such cases. I am very disappointed with how these people do their business.
