worst service ever

I received an sms to say I have R6500 available for credit and I can apply for a loan , I called them to apply for it and I was told to send my bank statements and I sent three different kinds of statements and I received only one sms as response and ever since I have been the one calling and receiving the worst service from them, yesterday I sent my most recent pay slip only to be told that no its incorrect, what are they looking for. its been two weeks since I have been trying to get assistance from the company with no satisfaction.
