Worst place to loan from

I made a loan from Capfin, last month they confirmed that I paid up everything. They added a last interest again of R251. I agreed. This month they deducted 1745.00 plus the 251. When I called the agent rudely interrupted me she said I must for an sms because my money doesn't reflect. I ecplained I recieved an smsm that they deducted she just repeated her message. I have to seek medical care and capfin took all the money. This is despicable service. I will never recommend anyone to them all they want is more money and they don't care if you get it back or not.
