WORST EVER SERVICE FROM CAPFIN

I have dealt with may lenders but Capfin are the worst even. I have emailed how many times and on the phone arranging a 50% payment of my installment and they bluntly just refuse - after reversed my full installment and still paid 50% afterwards - them i get a SMS with a extended terms offering to decrease my loan payment, and then on email they just say NO again , why promote per SMS ASSIT if they dont want to help!

I am shocked by the level over service and after this loan is paid up wont ever use this again and will advise all i know not to use them!!
