Wish there was a NO Star option!

After many calls and arrangements, I get a letter of Demand. I was told ( in an email) to let mey account get into arrears for 3 months so that the reduced installment can become effective, during this 3 months I Paid less on my account, But at least I paid something. I honeslty dont know what to do about this service anymore.
