What will it take to get a loan for Capfin.

I have lost count on how many times I have attempted to apply for a loan a Capfin I don’t get approve, the funny part all the people I refer they get the loan, I have to pay R5000 weekly for my dad’s medical treatment each time he goes to Steve bill and I’m employed have been past 18 years same company I think at this point they’ll come to offer me a funeral policy to bury him because I don’t know what it will take to get help, I’m falling apart worried I can’t pay and all these smallanyana debts that I should be settling and I have even offered that it gets taken from payroll but they won’t budge.
