Website is trash and doesnt work

wish lower than 1 start was available as a rating I had a loan before with capfin and it was an awesome experience so I know you guys can be good and do what you need to

now when I try to sign in but get stuck on the enter ID page and no code is recieved after trying like 10 times I got in but the dashboard was blank

I cant apply for a loan as there is no buttons or nothing
