very unhappy

This is not the route i wanted to use but i feel i'm not left with any choice, i had an account which was handed over to the legal department and it was paid up in 2017. The problem that i have now is that i have tried to do an application and i was told that my account is handed over to the legal department, i have received paid up letter from MCS which i had emailed to ********** many many times for the hold to be uplifted and it's still not done. i tried calling but i'm being sent from pillar to post regarding the matter with no luck, i would really appreciate your assistance in this regard.
