Very disgusted

I had a Capfin account that wa handed over to Saya Recoveries. I made payments to them an then i got calls from NRB risk solutions. They have offered me a 60% discount on my birthday, which i then settled immediately. I have received a statement from them reflecting a zero balance and a paid up letter. I have send this to Saya Recoveries on a few occasions but this Tsholedi is nt getting back, yet i get SMS's and emails daily to pay +-R5000 which i will not as it is paid up. I dont get any responses from them and if you call the consultant state they transfer you to the supervisor and 5 min later the call gets cut. I need Capfin and NRB risk solutions to get this sorted as i will not pay Saya Recoveries any money as this is settled
