Unprofessional and poor service

Capfin is the worst when it comes to refunds. Last week I settled my loan with them, even made calls to make sure my acc was settled asked for them to remove the debit debicheck mandate yet today they have deducted money for a acc that is already paid up. What's frustrating is that I am told to wait for 2 business days how? when I have accs and bills due today. What I also don't understand is doesn't they're automatically see when a client has paid up their amount and not debit. For some reason they're de*****ing and ripping of customers of their money. My advice don't ever borrow or lend money from Capfin. Their consultants are even worse, too many stories and have no idea of what they doing
