Unprofessional

I thought Capfin is professional financial institution I guess they are not. I app**** for 6 months loan in November and my pay day is 28th, then already on the 27th they debited my account and when debit order bounce my bank charge me R250 bank charges it also affect my credit score. I got sms that this month they will debit on the 11th, I won't be paid on the 11th I am still going to be paid on the 28th this month. I called call Centre the lady who helping me was not even helpful at all she told there is nothing they can do or I can they debit. There will be money for my other staff in my account but she told me if I don't want debit order to go through I can take the money out of my account like what F*%k must pay another R250 bank charges plus affect my credit score.
