Unprofessional

This creditor is unprofessional, they trying to claim money after prespriction period of 3 years. According to their statement the account was settled and closed July 2018, November 2020 they reopened my account on the buerue . I called December 2020 and they sent me a statement that shows that account was settled July 2018. Surley for more than 3 years they did not reason to call me as the account was settled. December 2020 they reversed the settlement payment claiming I reversed it in July 2018, they say their only picking up the reversal 3 years 4 month after the reversal. Logged complaint with credit ombudsman and they are not registered with credit ombudsman, Im now referred to NCR. Can't wait to sue them as I was declined a home loan application because of them.
