Unprofessional
I had a loan with them 5 years ago, loan was handed over and i settled and got paid up letter. Now i am trying to get another loan from them they tell me that one is in their legal department for collections meaning they never bothered to clear/remove my name that i paid

21 Nov 2019, 11:19Do you have any idea how many times i tried applying for credit in the past years and were declined? Do you know the disappointment on your son's face when you get declined something you were buying for him? This better be resolved before my lawyer calls you. I sent all the proof to him and await his call to lodge a formal claim! I am not going to let this one go, mark my words, already lodged a complaint with Ombudsman as well!!!
