Unhappy!!!!!! Furious

I am very angered by the fact that i took a loan and within 3months time paid the full balance even more i send throug the Proof of Payment but still capfin shows that i owe the full amount and they keep calling me and this is affecting my credit report....... i paid before june already nd still not updated 😡😡😡😡
