Unfairly treated and unfairly dismissal

So I was working for this company and got dismissed without going for a hearing or signing a warning. What kind of company does that?? The reason for my dismissal is because I was not in at work for 3 days because I had doctors sick notes that I submitted which he informed them that I should be working from home since I told him that there where many cases of Corona and I was at high risk because I have a medical condition. But no the manager I had didn't wanna understand all that I was just forced to come. Now on the UI-19 letter they've wrote abscondment and I have tried the HR lady for them to fix this but no they didn't.I couldn't even apply for UIF. I reported this matter at the CCMA by until today they've been telling me that they will get back to me. Not that I wanna go back to the company because I was never happy at all. Some managers where good but the 1 who was mine.. shame.. Even if we have a small argument she would just tell me why don't I resign? How will you be happy at work with such managers.. I remember this other day I told her that I was gonna be late I had to start at the doctor 1 hour before my shift starts..when I got back to back she told me that " I can't just decide I'll be late without getting permission from here.. do I know that she get take me to HR and get me fired" I didn't report this because I was fearing for my job that she will make my life more difficult. I wasn't happy at all the even now I don't wanna go back there.. I just want CCMA to help me so that they can fix what they've wrote on that UI-19 form because there is no company that can fire someone without a warning or going for hearing. I have been waiting for CCMA to attend this.
