Unfair treatment

I once took the loan with capfin in 2019 it happen that I could not pay the loan and then after sometimes I then wanted to pay the loan but I was told that my account has been handed over to their collectors "Easton-Berry Attorneys" , because I had too much debt I app**** for a debt review and paid all my debts in 2021 my name was cleared from debt review and credit bureau am clean. my issue is that Capfin is saying am still owing the whenever I want loan the tell me am owing them yet I been settled I have paid up letter and the clearance certificate from my debt counsellor Debtzen.
