Unfair treatment
I have a loan account with capfin, due to financial difficulties I made arrangements for a lesser amount, I've been sticking to my arrangements but now they've handed over my account to attorneys. For what reason because i stuck to my arrangements? I have SMSs from capfin confirming the arrangements.
