Unexplained billing

In January 2016 I received a call that I'm in arrears of R684.34. I arranged for 2 payments of R343 which will be debited end of February & March 2016. On the 24th March received an sms saying I'm in arrears of R94. 34. I checked on my capfin direct account I have R131(arrears), again I checked on my settlement qoute it is R129,14 I went to pay R95 then R35 but still when I check I have R-0.29(arrears). When I tried to get another loan I can't get a loan. Now I'm confused how everything is done because I thought I can settle this & get maybe another loan. Can I get clearity how I have different amounts & when I pay STILL can't be cleared. I trust Capfin to be open about this & give me answers.
