Unauthorized early debit order

I am very unpleased with how you just debit my account whenever you feel like, such inconvenience on a public holiday its really not on.

I got an sms stating that since it's December my account will be debited on the 15th (i understand the debit order tracking) , i immediately call you to confirm that i only get paid on the 20th of each month irregardless if it's December or not, the consultant assured me that you will debit on my pay day, i repeated to the consultant that i will only get paid on the 20 the only date i had contracted with.

I am using a cheque account and i get charged for unpaid or unsuccessful debit orders thanks to your incompetency.

The funds that were on my account where not even enough but you debited anyway just to inconvenience me with an overdrawn account.

I can't wait to finish up paying this loan and cut tie with you im so unhappy 😔
