*****ulent Loans

Capfin approved loans without verifying the documentation that they request when u apply for a loan, they approve n pay loans on an account that they never received copies of ID, nor three months statement as per their processes written on their website, now I wonder how many customers they are calling to make payments on these loans where the poor customers where not even aware they have taken such loans, where is ur due diligence? How do u recover such monies, or do u make it the de*****ed customers fault by threatening to ruin their credit scores
