They don't read notes before stalking a person

I appreciate the fact that Capfin loaned me cash. However It is highly annoying to get a call in September asking you what happened in April. So should I be explaining the same thing over 5-6 months even worse the lady has the nerve to ask me if I made the payment arrangement with her??? Hello whats the point of explaining over and over again if the notes or recording are not even considered when calling the person. I paid them for the month according to the arrangement then this woman has the nerve to ask me if I made the payment arrangement with her??? What bull!!!<br> <br> CAPFIN THANKS BUT NO THANKS!!!
