terrible service

very unprofessional i called this company many tiles that they gave me false hope they even made me sign a debi check manadate and said my loan was approved and money will be in my account next day once the bank signs the mandate , please this is a not professional institute , they made me submit documents many times then in the end they say that the loan is not approved but on my side it says congratulation and i signed a quotation, pathetic service
