Settlement Letter

I have recently settled my account with Van De Venter, Mojapelo (PTY) LTD \VVM"who promised to get me a paid up letter in 7 working days and would later update my ICT records. When ever I call them they are being rude and they tell me I will only get the settlement letter after 6 weeks even though I had told them it's urgent and we had an agreement to get me the letter in 7 days. I contacted capfin and they told me to write an email if which I did and only got an automated response. Please attend to this matter."""
