Settled bill keeps popping up on ITC

I have settled the account with debt collectors last year already. Every time I have to call or send them an email to tell them to remove my name on ITC. They do and after a month I'm back again on ITC. What the hell? Someone should do their job because I'm tired of sending emails with a settlement letter to show that I've settled.
