Settled amount but still listed as a default payer

<p>I was not working since August but made arrangement to pay my loan every last day of the month the agent called me said i need to settle amount of 90rand which i did on the 8th March 2017 but im still at default of 87rand I need this to be sorted out asap because my status is negative because of this;its not my fault of your agents cant do their job</p>
