Settled account but there is still a balance against my name!
I settlers my loan with the in August 2019 I only received my paid up letter in January 2020 after calling multiple times about it. Now I’ve learned after visiting another financial provider that Capfin still shows up on the Bureau with a balance of over R500,00 I’ve called to enquire about why this is and have received no feedbac**** Please fix this.
