Apparently in 2020 somebody took out a loan using my credentials. I was contacted last year by debtors asking me to settle an account that I have no knowledge off. When I asked which bank account the money was deposited into they said they don't know. How do you allow people to use our credentials without checking out if it's legit or not. This needs to be investigated fast. The reference number is (CPF-*******11)
