RUN FAST They will intentionally ruin your name on credit Bureau

Bad service . Capfin sold my account and they don't want to tell me who they sold my account to . I requested to settle the amount they advised me that I can settle but they wont assist with updating my account on bureau they will only do that once they done with the account purchaser which is a secret . now its been 3 months without communication and I'm struggling to find the purchaser. Capfin is worse when it comes to treating their clients how am I suppose to settle an account that I wont get assistant in case of getting paid up letter and clearing my name.
