Rude, unhelpful agent with a BAD ATTITUDE- disappointing service

On 10/06 at 13:35 I was contacted by an agent named mandisa to process my loan application. From the moment the convo started, she sounded like unprofessional, sloppy and irritable. She sounded like ahe didnt WANT to speak to me so she whizzed through the phone without any care abpit whether i could hear or understand her. The tone of her voice was disinterested and her speach was unclear most of the time.
She got audibly aggrevated and raised her voice at me when i asked her to speak clearly or repeat herself. At one point i asked her to listen to what i was asking her before she answered my questions becaused it seemed that she just wanted to rattle off, be done with te call get me off the phone. At that immediate point there began an "interference" in the phone line and i couldnt hear her at all.
Having worked in a call centre myself, I suspected that she has intentionally disrupted the call by covering or rubbing the mouthpeace of the phone so that she wouldnt have to deal with my call.
I asked her to hang up and phone me back and, surprisingly the interference on the line was still there. I still believe that she caused the disruption on her end of the phone line. She hung up cand called back again and - same story. By now it was 13:46 and (i suspect) time for her to go home so i never received another phone call back to finalise my application. I am UTTERLY APPALLED at the level of service received from mandisa and DISGUSTED that Capfin allows agents to treat their customers this way. Mandisa was the ABSOLUTE WORST call centre agent I've ever dealt with and hope my application is eventually processed BY ANOTHER AGENT. I think A REFERSHER COURSE IN PHONE MANNERS AND CUSTOMER SERVICE is in order and that capfin needs to monitor the calls of their agents so that this doesnt continue to happen
