Rude service and not taking evidence into account. Very negative experience

What a waste of time my experience with Capfin have been. Speaking over the phone for more than 20minute with a very rude call centre agent. She asked where I get my monthly income from where I clearly stated that I have 2 income streams every month. My daughter paying my debt - coming into my bank account every month and my salary. The more I tried to explain that I did not pay my own debt out of my salary but it gets paid from the income I receive from my daughter. Her first reaction to this was that we will get to the other income later in the application. After she kept on telling me I do not understand and that she asked where my income came from and I told her it comes from my employer. NOT TRUE as I repeatedly explained of the income I receive monthly from my daughter. After going through all the steps and calculating my average other monthly income (wasting another 2minutes of my time) she explained that the other income cannot be used as there is no proof. It comes into my bank account every month - how is this NOT PROOF? Then she used the excuse that she cannot see my bank statement to see the proof. I then asked to speak to the manager who phoned me back and said they only ask for the other income for record purposes if they want to use it in the future. It was evident that I cannot pay the debt out of my salary - as it clearly gets paid by my daughter and she still asked if she should go through with the application. How is this supporting responsible spending if you do not want to take all the evidence and actual facts of my income into account and then negatively impacting my credit score. This was a very negative experience as Capfin now negatively affected my credit score, wasted my time without wanting to understand the clear evidence and then was rude to me about it. I cannot understand how my business was turned away whilst it is clear that the debt on my credit record is not paid out of my salary but due to the fact that it is on my name it needs to be included. This fact makes 100% sense but then the other income paying for this should also be taken into account. It is very very clear that the exact debts amounts comes into my bank account and then paid to the 3rd party. It is unacceptable for a financial institution affecting my credit rating negatively whilst they knew from the start that they will just ignore my other income.
