Rude Consultant

i recieved a call from a capfin consultant called Faith...she asked for my id number , I questioned her y because she's the 1 that called me nd should have all my details...she proceeded to inform me that i had nt paid them as they could not debit my account as the debit order was stopped...i questioned her as to y they had debited today Instead of the 28th which is my debit order dat monthly...i got very frastrated nd irritable with herbas this was not the 1st time that ive been called by them , nd i explained this to her before putting the phone down...and she called again , she was very rude and ddnt want to hear what i was saying but only wanted to put her point accross...i asked to speak to her supervisor...i spoke to a gentleman called Siya for a brief moment and the line cut....i called capfin myself this time and spoke to another lady by the name of *****bo who assisted me properly and explain to me what had happened...i am very disgusted by the service that i recieved from this girl called Faith
