Rude call centre agent

i would like to lay a complaint to Capfin for their rude *********** agents name Amanda, she is unfriendly and rude .<br> <br> she made me feel inferior as she was acting as if she could not wait to get done with the call.<br> <br> if she does not like her job , she must not take it up with client or potential clients, i have an existing car loan from capitec and have dealt with their call centre , she is nowhere near than any call center agent ive ever dealt with.<br> <br> she was just irritated , therefore i ended up telling her to cancel the offer <br> <br> will await your response regards such bad service<br> <br> Regards<br> Trudy Jama<br> ***
