I know have given this horrible company a 1 star rating before but today I asked for an early settlement discount on my current loan with them. I got a reply via phone call saying a discount of R190.00 would be app****. I have had 4 loans with them all having been paid on time and never a payment missed and R190.00 is all they can give, what a thank you that is. They have easily made in excess of R6000 out of me and R190.00 is what they give me, what a joke. They also said they would email the early settlement quote, am still waiting, the quote is only valid for 2 days as I said i would pay the settlement today. I can honestly say, NEVER AGAIN.
