Remove my name from credit bereau

I settled my acc 03 October 2016 till today my name still shows at credit bereau. On the 12.05.2018 I called the head office spoke to them they confirmed the account has been settled in full and they will instruct their lawyers to remove and they even copied me but but I have a report now that says I still owe capfin.

But now my question is if those lawyers could not do that why capfin did not do it as they have the authority to do so. Is this because they so not care and it does not affect them? Then something is not rite.
