I made an immediate payment to Capfin account on the 29th of November which was my settlement amount and i received a message on 30th of November in the morning saying "Capfin: Thank you for paying your Personal Loan Acc.****. Maintaining your agreed payments may allow you to apply for future loans & preserve your credit profile" and i was done paying off the loan but later during the day Capfin debited the monthly payment i used to pay of which I was done with the loan, can you please refund my money I'm truly in need of it.
