Refund

I over paid my account, and requested that I must me refunded almost two weeks ago and I was told that the money will refunded to me, but later I was told that my account was invalid ,I sent my bank statement to them to prove that it is not invalid ,I spoke to 7 people and they kept telling the same story.I was told that their manager Imraan Abrams will call me back but no one bothered to call,what a poor service,South Africa does need a medioca company like this.I need my money npw
